- A credit card is required when booking any appointment.

- We require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice

to cancel or reschedule.

- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are

considered a “Late Cancellation” and may be charged up to

75% of the scheduled service(s).

- No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the

scheduled service(s).

- Late arrivals that impact your service time may also result in

being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).
